ResumoABSTRACTABSTRACTIn this paper, we focus on the problem of adaptive stabilisation for a class of interconnected uncertain switched stochastic nonlinear systems. Classical adaptive and backstepping technique are employed for control synthesis. Instead of estimating the switching parameters directly, we design the adaptive controller based on the estimations of bounds on switching time-varying parameters. A smooth function is introduced to deal with the difficulties caused by unknown interactions and tuning function approach is used to circumvent the overparameter problem. It is shown that under the action of the proposed controller all the signals of the overall closed-loop systems are globally uniformly bounded in probability under arbitrary switching. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Keywords: Stochastic nonlinear systemsdecentralised adaptive controlbackstepping techniquearbitrary switching Disclosure statementNo potential conflict of interest was reported by the authors.Additional informationFundingThis paper is partially supported by Hundred Excellent Innovation Talents Support Program of Hebei Province, Doctoral Fund of Ministry of Education of China [grant number 20121333110008]; Hebei Province Applied Basis Research Project [grant number 13961806D]; Top Talents Project of Hebei Province, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China [grant number 61290322], [grant number 61273222], [grant number 61322303], [grant number 61473248].Notes on contributorsChangchun HuaChangchun Hua received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China, in 2005.
