ResumoINCLUDED in this paper are descriptions of five new species and five new subspecies. The three new, apparently endemic species from Celebes are of special interest. The affinities of these species and other Drepanidae from Celebes, some of which are of Austro-Malayan and others of Indo-Chinese origin, show that in this family as in most other groups of animals Celebes forms part of a broad zoogeographical zone (the '' Wallacea '' of Dickerson (1928) and subsequent authors) intermediate between the above Sub-regions.
