Learning points for clinicians It has been frequently reported of cases of the association of Guillain – Barre syndrome to one or other autoimmune diseases. But suffice to say, the association with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is a rare clinical situation. We present a case of Guillain–Barre syndrome associated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis discovered incidentally.
