Sovietic census does not allow to build refined rural « age pyramides ». However, it is possible to go farther by the mean of factorial analysis. Then we are able to distinguish seven types of demographic patterns ; the types of Pskov, Tambov and Volgagrad, very old ; these of Moskaw (mature), Tioumen (intermediate), Yakoutsk (young) and Kamtchatka (artificial).
