Resumo

The Living Daylight: Ruthenium-based chromophores are employed as building blocks for a photo-active complex bearing a known water-oxidation catalytic system [(Terpy)2(MnIII-μ-(O2)-MnIV)]. Its activation by visible light has been studied by EPR spectroscopy. Detailed facts of importance to specialist readers are published as ”Supporting Information”.
