ResumoAdrenal neoplasm is a rare cause of Budd-Chiari syndrome. We report a case of fulminant acute Budd-Chiari syndrome due to inferior vena cava thrombosis stemming from invasion by a clinically nonfunctioning adrenal neoplasm. We also review briefly the clinical characteristics of the seven previously reported cases.
