ResumoPurpose: A novel version of the Clinical SYNTAX Score (CSS) has been recently introduced to overcome limitations of categorical risk scores for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) by incorporation of clinical variables and the SYNTAX score into a logistic formula for predicting 1-year mortality. However, such approach has not yet been validated in patients undergoing PCI of the Left Main Coronary Artery (LMCA).
