ResumoEvent Abstract Back to Event Segmentation d'IRM cérébrales 3D Assia Cherfa1* 1 Université Saad Dahlab Département Electronique LARIM, Laboratoire de Recherche en Imagerie Médicale, Algeria Dans cet article nous présentons notre méthode de segmentation d’IRM 3D qui se compose de trios étapes essentielles. La première phase est dite de prétraitement. Elle consiste à isoler le cerveau pour ne garder que l’information utile (suppression de toutes les parties n’appartenant pas au cerveau comme les yeux, la graisse, le crâne... etc.). La deuxième est celle de la modélisation des structures du cerveau à partir de l’histogramme par des gaussiennes pour l’estimation de paramètres et la classification des pixels de l’image en utilisant ces paramètres. Enfin, la dernière étape est dite de post traitement qui consiste à éliminer les objets restants, ne faisant pas partie du cerveau.
