Resumo

A written lead tablet discovered in Ampurias had already been published. This article takes up again the same topic and gives more information concerning its archeological context. It describes the circumstances of the finding : the inscription was discovered in an environment of dwelling houses, in a backfill of soil dated back to the 5th century B.C. The text which is engraved in Ionian, is a letter mentioning contracts and commitments to be taken by the sender's correspondent. Sailings are also mentioned, and so is the name of Saiganthé, more likely to be Sagunthe. The correspondent has to organize dealings and to propose to a third person a half-share in a bargain.
