ResumoA 29-year-old woman was transferred to this hospital at 38 weeks 4 days of gestation because of a large cystic structure that had been detected by ultrasonography in the fetal oral cavity and appeared to obstruct the airway. The placenta was anterior, and a uterine fibroid was seen. A management decision was made.
