ResumoA 63-year-old woman visited our clinic complaining of a pharyngeal growth of a few months duration. The tumor grew gradually at first, but then became larger and grew rapidly. This tumor had arisen from the right palatine tonsil. After surgical extirpation, pathological examination revealed tonsil-like tissues and the presence of a few Actinomyces drusen.
