�rough the analysis of Denise Martins' biography, we aim to unveil the mysteries of the boy and adolescent's body transformation and the incorporation of the transvestite identity, using de�nitive means to build the body.�us, the social and sexual constructions of the transvestites towards the feminine, are reported by them, since their childhood, as an inadequacy to the heteronormativity.We address the relationships in the family, the school, the street, the inner con�icts of their desires, their social inadequacy, their body transformation, their arrival in Campinas/SP and the relationships with other transvestites and prostitutes of Jardim Itatinga.What we could see were several perspectives and discourses related to the universe of the transvestite in prostitution and an explicit critic to the biological discourse that Foucault made in some studies.
