Abstract Micropilina minuta gen. et sp.n. (Monoplacophora); Osleopelta ceticola sp.n. (Gastropoda, Osteopeltidae, living on whale skeletons); Retigyra gen.n. (Archaeogastropoda, family uncertain); Trochaclis islandica sp.n. (Trochaclididae, Archaeogastropoda); Larsenia scalaroides gen. et sp.n. (Vanikoridae, Mesogastropoda); Pseudotorellia fragilis gen. et sp.n. (Velutinidae, Mesogastropoda); Bogasonia volutoides gen. et sp.n. (Diaphanidae, Opisthobranchia); Atomiscala islandica sp. n., and Rissopsetia islandica sp. n. (both Pyramidellidae, Opisthobranchia) are described from material obtained from Icelandic amateur collectors. The family Trochaclididae is transferred from Mesogastropoda to Archaeogastropoda. mainly based on shell morphology. Cingula tumidula G.O. SARS, 1878 (Rissoidae, Mesogastropoda) is transferred to Obtusella COSSMANN, 1921. recorded from Iceland and Setia griegi FRIELE. 1879 is considered a synonym. The family Lyocyclidae (Mesogastropoda; deep water. East Africa) is transferred to the Vanikoridae and the soft parts and radula of an undescribed species very similar to the type species are described. Torellia ammonia DALL, 1919 (Trichotropidae. Mesogastropoda; Alaska) is transferred to the Velutinidae. A new subfamily of Diaphanidae (Cephalaspidea). Toledoninae, is established for the genera Toledonia and Bogasonia. Acirsa coarctata (JEFFREYS, 1884), Papuliscala cerithielloides BOUCHET & WARÉN, 1986 (both Epitoniidae, Mesogastropoda); Fusceulima projectilabrum BOUCHET & WARÉN 1986 (Eulimidae, Mesogastropoda); Aclis sarsi (DAUTZENBERG & FISCHER, 1912) (Aclididae. Mesogastropoda); Piliscus commodus (MIDDENDORFF, 1851) (Velutinidae, Mesogastropoda); Buccinum tumidulum G.O. SARS. 1878. Belomitra quadruplex (WATSON, 1882) (both Buccinidae. Neogastropoda); Pleurotomella packardi VERRILL, 1872 (Turridae, Neogastropoda); Toledonia limnaeoides (ODHNER. 1913) (Diaphanidae. Opisthobranchia); Monia squama (GMELIN, 1791) (Anomiidae, Osteroida); Lima hians (GMELIN, 1791) (Limidae, Limoida) and Kelliella miliaris(PHILIPPI, 1844) (Kelliellidae, Veneroida) are recorded from Iceland for the first time.
