ResumoThe area of this study is near to the seismic center in what got up on March 25, 2007, and it is the Monzen-cho, Wajima-shi Morooka district Touge village which suffered serious damage. In this article, I clarified the succession of the house for generations, the actual situation of the succession of the residence for the Touge village of the disaster area of the Noto Peninsula earthquake. And I considered the vacant land problem of the village, the use of the vacant land of the non-occupant after the earthquake disaster, the issue of management.
