ABSTRACTPreviously (4, 5, 6) the authors have discussed a system of classifying automotive paint using an Infrared (diamond-window) Technique.A data system is now proposed for storing the infrared data in such a way that the data may be searched for possible matches with spectra from forensic exhibit material.RÉSUMÉPrécédemment (4, 5, 6), les auteurs ont traité d'un système de classement des peintures d'automobile à l'aide de la spectophotométrie de l'infrarouge avec cellule-diamant.Le présent article propose un système d'emmagasinage des données I.R. qui facilitera la recherche et permettra d'établlr les correspondances possibles avec les spectres provenant d'autres plèces à conviction soumises au laboratoire.
