Resumo

Under the relatively uniform climatic conditions of West Java which provide a constant food supply, the three Javanese house geckos, Cosymbotus platyurus, Hemidactylus frenatus, and Peropus mutilatus reproduce at any time of the year without undergoing a definite seasonal cycle. Fecund females were collected in every month of the year, and with few exceptions the males were found to have mature spermatozoa in the testes at all times of the year.
