Resumo

In this paper, we present polycrystalline silicon thin film technology used to design analog devices. The goal of theses circuits is to develop low cost microsystems integrating sensors with their control and conditioning electronics. For this, differential amplifiers are designed, fabricated and characterized based on complementary Si-poly TFT. These amplifiers show high performances (maximum gain of 42 dB) and allow the detection of very low level signals (0.4 mV).
