ResumoPresentation of CaseA 58-year-old, right-handed woman was admitted to the hospital because of left hemiparesis.The patient had been well until five days earlier, when a right frontal headache developed, with radiation to the right eye and right ear; suspecting sinusitis, her physician prescribed amoxicillin.
