ResumoA taxonomic study of the diatoms (Bacillariophyceae) were realized in four stations locateds between 27°13'30 and 27°17'54 Lat.S. and 48°30'36 and 48°32'24 Long.W. - Tijucas Bay-State of Santa Catarina. There were identificated 69 specific and infraespecific taxa distributed in 16 families, 42 genera, 58 species, 8 varieties and 1 form, besids the identification of 3 taxa at generic level; of these, one is epizoic on Copepods, (Acartia lilljeborgii).
