ResumoBased on the measured foundation settlement of Palms Together Dagoba in Famen temple,the paper makes use of the grey GM(1,1) prediction model to forecast the rules of uneven foundation settlement of the main tower and the podium,which gets the development coefficient of the prediction model-0.3 a 0and both of the foundation settlement and differential settlement of foundation of the key points of the main tower and the podium,which measured and grey predicted values tend to be enlargement.It is recommended to consider the interactions of ground,foundation and superstructure comprehensively to take reinforcement measures to reduce the foundation's total settlement and differential settlement,and to strengthen the adaptability of the superstructure to the settlement and differential settlement.The results indicate that the datas foundation settlement by the grey predicted are in good agreement with the measured values,the model tested to be of high precision and the grey prediction theory for the construction of foundation settlement is feasible.The predictions of building for control of post-settlement is great significant.
