Resumo

The research showed that different temperature treatments bring out different outputs of unpolished colorific rice varieties. Differences of higher temperatures of greater day and night temperature bring out higher yields of Chinuo (red glutinous rice) and Chaozi (black glutinous rice). The effects of different temperature treatments on the coloring of unpolished colorific rice varieties are: higher temperature increases the coloring of red glutinous rice Chinuo, but causes reverse results in black glutinous rice Chaozi; lower temperature increases the coloring of black glutinous rice Chaozi.
