AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Codariocalyx motorius. METHODS: Manifold chromatographic methods were used to separate the chemical constituents, and the chemical structures were determined by spectral data. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated from Codariocalyx motorius. The chemical structures were identified as (-)-epi-catechin (1), friedelin (2), β-sitosterol (3), quercetin (4), salicylicacid (5), morin (6), apigenin (7), luteolin (8), apigenin 7-O-D-glucoside (9), and daucosterol (10), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1～10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
