The problem of unable to cope with multi-fonts and low automatic level is commonly existed in most of embroidery CAD sys-tems.Aiming at the defection,an automatic knit algorithm based on Windows GDI+ technology,thinning algorithm and chain algorithm is presented.Algorithm is applied to an industry embroidery CAD system.System works smoothly and fine in any TrueType font's English and Chinese characters' embroidery.The result show the users is satisfied.
