Based on the investigation and analysis of Uygur-Kazakh-Kirgiz font issues,according to the character set standards and the glyph standards of Uygur-Kazakh-Kirgiz fonts that the state formulated,explicit the meaning and content of the standard conformance testing for Uygur-Kazakh-Kirgiz fonts,combining with a detailed study of TrueType technical specification and the basic composition of TrueType font,a complete solution to test standard conformance of Uygur-Kazakh-Kirgiz fonts is proposed,a corresponding algorithm is designed,and a program of auto-testing for Uygur-Kazakh-Kirgiz fonts is implemented.The experimental result shows that this research method and thinking is complete and valid for the standard conformance testing for Uygur-Kazakh-Kirgiz fonts.It also has certain significance to standard conformance test for fonts of other scripts.
