The dynamic acquisition of Internet user feedback data resources and packet data statistics is the important basis for decision-making. This article realized the multiple online voting system through PHP + MySql as the programming tools. According to the principle of authenticity,fairness and protect the privacy of users,we introduced the dynamic IP recognition functionin in the system of the user identity recognition module,thus realized the specific IP users online voting system without repetition.
