Spatial Differentiation of Comprehensive Land Carrying Capacity in Heilongjiang Province

Studying on the regional comprehensive land carrying capacity is to formulate plans for differential land use policies.According to the connotation of comprehensive land carrying capacity,in this paper,using the entropy and the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation methods,the comprehensive land carrying capacity in Heilongjiang province has been evaluated.The characteristics of spatial heterogeneity that the land carrying capacity in the north is lower than in the south,and that in the east is lower than in the west is shown in the result.Meanwhile,the barrier factor analysis result shows that the highest and higher bearing capacity areas,including Harbin,Daqing,Qiqihaer and Suihua,take the ecology load bearing as the chief obstacle factor;the medium load bearing areas,including Jixi,Yichun,Jiamusi,Mudanjiang,Heihe and Daxinganling,take the economical load bearing as the chief obstacle factor;the low bearing capacity areas,including Hegang,Shuangyashan and Qitaihe,take the water and soil resources load bearing as the chief obstacle factor.Than,differentiated land utilization polices are proposed based on the barrier factor analysis.
