Resumo

The study is on the effects of K,Ca,Si on the physiological and biochemical characteristic of cold hardiness of poinsettia(Red Velvet and Prestige)and possible controlled technology.By using the device of secondary regression orthogonal rotary combination including three factors, and five levels, the basic models of efficiency were established between K,Ca,Si and synthetic value of cold hardiness of two varieties of poinsettia, and the optimization analysis for the models is made. The results show that three varieties of fertilizers all have roles in improving cold hardiness of poinsettia, and the influence on Prestige is better than on Red Velvet. The order of targets in effects of cold hardiness is as follows:conductivityMDAsoluble proteinsoluble sugarprolineappearanceSOD.The main points for the pattern of cultivation are as follows:the optimal combination of fertilizer quantity for Red Velvet is 231~369 mg/L KCl,79~121 mg/L CaCl2,42~58 mg/L Na2SiO3,and the optimal combination of fertilizer quantity for Prestige is 229~330 mg/L KCl,86~120 mg/L CaCl2,33~48 mg/L Na2SiO3.
