Resumo

In thermal systems, many processes have the delayed, intensive inertial, serious nonlinear and unstable characteristics, which are very difficult or impossible to be well controlled with traditional control theories. A synthetical intelligent system is applied in the control process of thermal systems. The system integrating several management methods of intelligent information, such as artifical intelligence (AI), neural network (NN), fozzy logic (FL) and evolutional computation (EC) in order to synthetize their advantages and avoid the disadvantages, It is used to solve the problems which are mentioned above. To adapt the different constructions of thermal systems and complicated characters of the objects controlled, the paper takes the strategy of using modular analysis and programming method and integrating some intelligent and traditional control theories and methods. The structures of the typical synthetical intelligent control system are presented. An application example is provided in the end of the paper.
