ResumoRed5 is an open source flash media server.The net education TV station basing on Red5 can have the functions of living broadcast,VOD,and broadcast regularly.Firstly,this paper presents the system analyses function designs for the net education TV station.Secondly,this paper presents the integration construction technology of Red5 and tomcat.This paper presents the selection of flash video player and its parameter setup.This paper presents the implement technology of the living broadcast and broadcast regularly.Finally,practice has shown the Red5-based net education TV station can convey HD video content fluently,livingly,regularly and demandly.
