ResumoA cross-guide high-order harmonio mixer, which uses Schottky barrier diodes(S. B. D.), has been designed by means of optical and microwave techniques. It has been successfully applied in submillimeter wave heterodyne receiving and accurate measurements of FIR laser frequencies.
