Chip vertical integration technique,a new integration method, which meets the need of low-cost, high- speed and low-power, provides a new thoughtway for the design of chip. Today's information have the performance of high capacity, fast transmission and high reliability, chip interconnection plays a critical role in it. Existing interconnection models such as AMBA,CCBA and Hypertransport have some shortcoming. In the paper, we carry out some research/comparion and propose a thought.
