Resumo

Objective To study the feasibility,superiority and experience of minimally invasive video-assisted surgery of the thyroid using ultrosonic scalpel.Methods There were 18 cases whose diagnosis were thyroid node.The size of the nodes ranged from 6.0 cm×4.2 cm to 3.5 cm×2.0 cm in ultrosonography.An about 2.5~3.0 cm incision was made 2.0 cm above the suprasternal notch and the operation was vedio-assisted and performed with ultrosonic scalpel for partial or subtotal thyroidectomy of lateral or bilateral thyroid.Results All 18 cases were subjected to minimally invasive video-assisted surgery successfully in 2.5 h and no complications occurred.Seventeen cases of benign lesion were confirmed pathologically.[WT5HZ]Conclusion Video-assisted surgery of the thyroid is an effective operation and can bring about good cosmetic result.
