ResumoA design thought and its realization method of digital oscilloscope with 100M frequency range are introduced.The oscillograph has the function of real-time acquisition for dual-channel data.Using SOPC as the hardware control platform of μClinux,the intelligence control of data-acquisition is realized by AD9283 and EP1C6Q240 FPGA.USB 2.0 standards are used to communicate with PC.The display control and driver of TFT are designed by SOPC and SRAM.The design of graphic interface of the instrument is programmed by C/C++.It is proved by the experiment that the design is feasible.The architecture of integrated instruments,oscilloscope's framework,design of oscilloscope's FPGA/SOPC and relative software are introduced mostly in this thesis.
