Resumo

Objective To retrospectively review the treatment of direct coronary intervention for patients with acute coronary syntron. Methods From 2001.12.7.to 2004.8.22.we have 150 successive patients with ACS episoded within 24 hours in our hospital. male 100, female 50 .aged from 37to88 years with66.94±11.81 mean of years. Results 150 patients underwent emergent CAG, 143 patients underwent emergent PCI ,60of them underwent direct stenting ,80of them underwent stenting after PTCA,3of them underwentPTCA.The coronary flow reached TIMI-3 in 99.33%.Single- vessel,double-vesseland triple-vessel coronary disease and normal coronary were 28%,46%,24%and2%.The time from hospital to door,needle to open were 50 second and 60 second.Slow re-flow phenomenon was found in 21 patients.Acate re-occlusion happened in 2 patiens .IABP was used in 12 patiens.7 patiens suffered from death during hospitalization(4.67%),143 patiens are on follow-up constantly,average follow-up time is days(30-993 days),1 patiens suffered from death.Conclusions emergent PCI is safely and for acute coronary syndron .
