ResumoThe present paper deals with four new species of Ammophila Kirby from Nei Mongol,China,All the types are kept in the Insect Collections of Beijing Agricultural University.1. Ammophila planicollaris sp. nov. (Figs. 1-9)With strong striations on collar, a large, deep semicircular concavity on front part of mesosternum, developed episternal sulcus and colour pattern of gaster. the news pecies may be separated from all the other known numbers of the genus.Holotype (?) . Mt Shenshan .,Jumgar Banner, Ih Ju League. Nei Mongol, 1978-Ⅵ-30. coll. Yang Chi-kun.2. Ammophla rubigegen sp. nov. (Figs. 10-22)Related to A. gegen Tsuneki, but may be distinguished from the latter by different sculpture pattern on thorax, black petiole as well as different shape of male genitalia.Holotype (?) , Mt. Shenshan. Jumgar Banner, Ih Ju League. Nei Mongol. 1978-Ⅵ-30, coll Yang Chi-kun. Allotype (?) . same data as holotype.3. Ammophila clypeola sp. nov. (Figs. 23-29)Similar to A. campestris Latreille, but different from the latter by stronger convex clypeus, no striations on scutum and no longitudinal carina on the middle of propodeal enclosure.Holotype (?) , Dongsheng Co., Nei Mongol. 1978-Ⅶ-1, coll. Chen Heming.4. Ammophila borealis sp. nov (Figs. 30-45)Allied to A. Pubescence Curtis and A. mongolensis Tsuneki, but may be separated from these two species by the combined characters of relative lengths of ODD, POD, OOD and IOD, pubescence on the ventral side of female petiole and different shape of male genitalia.Holotype (?) ,Hailar City, Nei Mongol, 1986-Ⅷ-19, coll.
