Presentar un caso con diagnóstico de síndrome de Waardenburg y manifestaciones oftalmológicas de un glaucoma pigmentario. Paciente femenina de 30 años de edad que acude con diagnóstico de síndrome de Waardenburg tipo ii subtipo B, con heterocromía del iris, huso de Krukenberg, hipermetropía, hiperpigmentación de la malla trabecular del ángulo iridocorneal y presión ocular ligeramente elevada que nos hicieron pensar en un glaucoma pigmentario. Submit a case with diagnosis of syndrome Waardenburg and ophthalmological manifestations of pigmentary glaucoma. Female patient 30 years old who attends diagnosed with syndrome Waardenburg type II subtype B, with heterochromia of the iris krukenberg spindle, hyperopia, hyperpigmentation of the angle, and slightly elevated eye pressure that made us think of a pigmentary glaucoma
