ResumoSummaryClinical G-banding technique on peripheral lood lymphocytes showed a male karyotype 46, XY in a female patient who was delivered of a stillborn child. At the time of the study the Patient belonged to the O D+ blood group, whereas she had been A D+ in a previous Period. Family history revealed that the patient as a twin brother. These findings led to the ypothesis of twin chimeras. Evidence of pimerism was studied by karyotyping ymphocyteand fibroblast-cultures, by HY-anen determination with Western-Blot technique by DNA-probes, and further by red blood for typing, by antigen assays in saliva, by transcrase assays in serum and by HLA-typing.
