We present 17 cases of percutaneous antegrade endoluminal dilation. The results of this procedure were satisfactory, with a 70% success rate that seems to be maintained during longterm followup. The results were better if dilation was done on a short and recent juxta-anastomotic stricture stented with a 10F Double-J* Medical Engineering Corp., New York, New York. catheter for 2 months. © 1993 by The American Urological Association Education and Research, Inc.FiguresReferencesRelatedDetailsCited byERTURK E, BURZON D and WALDMAN D (2018) TREATMENT OF TRANSPLANT URETERAL STENOSIS WITH ENDOURETEROTOMYJournal of Urology, VOL. 161, NO. 2, (412-414), Online publication date: 1-Feb-1999.NAKADA S, SABAN R, ZINE M, UEHLING D and BJORLING D (2018) IN VITRO PASSIVE SENSITIZATION OF THE URETER AS A BASIS FOR THE STUDY OF NONINFECTIOUS URETERAL INFLAMMATIONJournal of Urology, VOL. 160, NO. 5, (1924-1927), Online publication date: 1-Nov-1998.Goldfischer E and Gerber G (2018) Endoscopic Management of Ureteral StricturesJournal of Urology, VOL. 157, NO. 3, (770-775), Online publication date: 1-Mar-1997.Benoit G, Blanchet P, Alexandre L and Charpentier B (2018) Insertion of a Double Pigtail Ureteral Stent for the Prevention of Urological Complications in Renal Transplantation: A Prospective Randomized StudyJournal of Urology, VOL. 156, NO. 3, (881-884), Online publication date: 1-Sep-1996.Conrad S, Schneider A, Tenschert W, Meyer-Moldenhauer W and Huland H (2018) Endo-Urological Cold-Knife Incision for Ureteral Stenosis after Renal TransplantationJournal of Urology, VOL. 152, NO. 3, (906-909), Online publication date: 1-Sep-1994.
