ResumoThe incidence of GnRH-analog administration in the presence of undiagnosed pregnancy is discussed. Immediate hormonal supplementation avoids luteolysis. The report includes two cases, one without hormonal replacement, in which preclinical pregnancy occurred, and the second, where P was supplemented immediately upon diagnosis of pregnancy.
