Neste artigo a autora analisa historias de vida como fontes de informacao, como evocativas e como reflexao. Esta tripla dimensao permitiria combinar uma analise que leve em conta a objetividade e a subjetividade. Ao propor intercruzar estorias de vida e sugerido que este instrumento poderia, ao mesmo tempo, permitir o acesso a experiencias e interpretacoes particulares e a niveis distintos de generalidade. As duas estorias de vida, de duas mulheres, falam de uma relacao entre patroas e empregadas domesticas.AbstractIn this article the author explores life stories as expression of information, as evocation and as thought. Through the analysis of the criss - crossing of two life stories the author shows how considering the three mentioned aspects of life stories its is possible to conciliate objectivity and subjectivity, social experiences and singular interpretations. The life stories of two women tell about them and about a specific social relationship: the relationship among a master and a domestic servant.
