ResumoThis case report highlights a life-threatening complication of mild hemophilia A. We report the onset of airway compromise through a massive sublingual hematoma in a 67-year-old male suffering from the mild form of hemophilia A. This case emphasizes the need for prompt medical attention and recognition of potentially serious complications of the disease in patients suffering with even mild form of this bleeding diathesis.
