ResumoNeck masses, both inflammatory and tumoral, are common in infants and children, and most are benign. This article examines the imaging characteristics of various neck masses in infants and children. Routine radiographs, ultrasound, CT scan, MR imaging, and nuclear scintigraphy are discussed.
