Resumo

Yanri CWM Co., Ltd. was established in 1990 as a joint venture company between Yanzhou Coal Mines Bureau (Shandong, China), Nissho Iwai Corporation of Japan and JGC Corporation (JGC) and thus, CWM manufactured in China began to be exported to Japanese users in 1992. Meanwhile, CWM West Japan Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 as a joint venture between Nissho Iwai, Mitsui Mining Co., JGC and Tsurumi Yuso Co., as a relay station to deliver CWM manufactured in China to Japanese users. This joint venture company constructed a 10,000-kl dome-roof CWM storage tank in Hibiki, Kita-Kyushu City and started the reception, storage and transshipment of CWM in March 1992. So far, there have been only two Japanese CWM users, that is, Tayca Corp. and the Mizushima Power Station of The Chugoku Electric Power Co., Ltd. which has been in operation since February 1995. CWM West Japan has to date suffered no trouble in the delivery of products to its users, thus functioning perfectly as a relay station.
