Resumo

The media's role in social networks not only allows you to amplify the distribution of news content.The networks also approach the public, now they have large possibilities of intervention in the news production process.This article aims to observe the interaction between readers and four leading newspapers in Santa Ca-tarina, when these readers point out mistakes and failures in the media.Data collection took place in 2014.The corpus is 233 interactions linked to 4892 news published in fanpages of Diário Catarinense, A Notícia, Notícias do Dia and Jornal de Santa Catarina.
