Resumo

In this study, the nutritive value of six types of canned meals (mili tary rations) was investigated, before and after sterilization and after storage up to five years. Vitamin content, biologic value of the protein, and amino acid content of the products were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the low biologic value of the protein of meals containing pubes.
