Neutropenia and Cancer Infections

Two cases of probable dapsone–induced reversible agranulocytosis complicated by Gram-negative septicæmia are described. The patients were both successfully treated at the First Australian Field Hospital, Vung Tau, which indicates the excellent facilities available there for management of any medical emergencies among Australian and New Zealand troops.
