Resumo

O artigo apresenta bases da teoria da espiral do silencio para mostrar como fatores de influencia do clima de opiniao ajudam a compreender o processo eleitoral. A analise feita e sobre as eleicoes de 1983 na Alemanha. Abstract The article is based on the theory of the spiral of silence and it shows how the elements that influence the climate of opinion contribute to understand the electoral process.
