ResumoAlthough angiokeratotic lesions of the scrotum have been described as benign lesions occurring only in the elderly, more recent reviews suggest they also occur in young men and are not always trivial. The two cases reported here illustrate the complications of bleeding without trauma and physician failure to diagnose the lesion.
