Resumo

The purpose of this text is to expose an approach to the study of a region in the State of Puebla, Mexico, which is part of a deeper research, specifically in the population of San José Chiapa and its surroundings, due to the installation of a car-assembling plant AUDI, a car-building company, started in 2013 and planned to be inaugurated in 2016, promising many changes, including development. Although the State Government has announced the creation of an "ideal city," on a sustainability-based approach, proposals in the near future to be implemented in the region are necessary so that the locals will not be in a situation of marginalization and segregation, facing the inherent problems of a territory with a variety of values, problems and necessities. These proposals must consider a new positive horizon not only for what the industry and its equipment foresee, such as the development only for certain groups, but for the inhabitants themselves. Likewise, an approach to a deeper issues research is exposed. In it the different, but concealing, approaches of diverse participating academic and investigating professionals through their inter-disciplines permit acknowledgement.
