Cardiovascular Effects of Exercise

This article presents the current status of employment and sport in the Spanish state. The information available on the labor market in the sports sector is very small. It follows an analysis of what are the reasons, among others, leads to more shadows than light on this subject. Perhaps this scenario could continue working and professional for many years in Spain were it not for the profound changes in the employment sector and the sport that have had been initiated. Changes affecting the training of future graduates in Science of Physical Activity and Sport, qualified professionals involved in this field and hence on the quality of the sports system. We have tried to identify some elements that prevent the correct diagnosis of the employment system in sport and, with proper planning, should improve the current access policies and practice.
